Inspiration:“The idea for Le Mere was a remake of the blanket my mother always made for us and other people. I think that herringbone edge shape is the one all of our grandmothers made. But I wanted to modernize it and make it big enough that it covered you entirely instead of the tiny blanket you’d get from your grandma that barely fit over your lap. A blanket, not a blankie.”
